DRE REQUIREMENTS
- Complete three college level course in "Real Estate Principles",
"Real Estate Practice", and a third college-level course of your choosing.
- Submit a copy of your Certificates of Course Completion or college transcripts
of qualifying Real Estate Courses along with your State Exam Application.
- Pass the State DRE Exam with a grade of only 70%.

OUR PLAN
- Take the DUANE GOMER SEMINAR HOME STUDY PRINCIPLES, PRACTICE, and a 3rd course
and pass
the easy open-book final exams either on the Internet or with a monitor
near you.
- Request a test date from the DRE . You may
apply for the State exam as soon as you complete all three courses.
- Prepare for the DRE Test. (Approximately 50% of all applicants fail -
You need exam preparation!)
- Order the Exam Preparation package for $85. The package includes
approximately 800 practice questions and answers taken from the state
exam as well as four audio CD's. For an added value you will receive
the State approved glossary free (a $15 value).
OR
- Attend a one-day crash course - available only in Southern California.
This includes sample tests, audio CD's, pertinent highlighted material,
an outstanding one-day review with attorney John Henderson, and much more!
- The cost is only $135. If by a remote chance you fail the State Exam,
you can take this review course again at no extra cost. We are so sure
you will pass the State Exam, that if you don't, we will refund your
money for the crash course.
