Misplaced your 9-digit Student ID (Log-in ID) and Password?

This feature is only available for students who registered online. Just provide us with your e-mail address that you provided during online registration and we will send you directions for reviewing your login information.

A Student Log-in (or Student ID) may be one of two log-in identities:

  1. A unique 9-digit number (Example: 080129876), that is created during an Online Student Registration session to order course materials, and sent to you via e-mail and displayed on your monitor immediately after completing online registration, or

  2. An alphabetic word, like "apple", found in your textbook or given to you by our staff over the phone along with a 4-digit password.

A User Name is an alphabetic code (Example: football), which you can find on the second page in your Student Workbook, titled INTERNET TESTING INSTRUCTIONS, Section 2:, paragraph #2.

There is one unique User Name for each enrolled course.

Your Password may be one of the following:

  • A code that you create during Online Student Registration, which is also associated with a Student ID that is created at the same time, or

  • A 4-digit number provided to you by one of our office staff as instructed in the textbook.
